If you are interested in purchasing one of our Auction Properties, please contact our office (Gabriele Paul) to inquire about becoming a registered bidder for the Auction.

If you are a real estate agent representing a potential bidder, please call our offices to learn how to properly register your client for an Auction so that you are eligible to earn a commission, should your client become the winning bidder.  DeCaro will pay 3% Co-Broke Fee!

Sellers
We would enjoy the opportunity to discuss with you, whether your property is right for our Accelerated Marketing Program.  Because of our emphasis on professional relationships, integrity and trust, we prefer to meet with you in person to discuss our program whenever a personal meeting is possible.  We also can facilitate teleconferences if necessary.

You may contact our office (Gabriele Paul) directly to arrange a private consultation with one of our Executives.  If your property is currently listed for sale with a real estate agent, please have him or her contact us to arrange a joint consultation, as we prefer to keep your listing agent involved in our program.
